For Write Doe Bay Retreat, I created a full branding package designed to capture the calm, creative, and restorative spirit of the retreat experience. The logo combines organic, hand-drawn elements with, organic typography to reflect both serenity and thoughtful design. The visual system includes a flexible color palette, complementary patterns, and supporting icons that can be applied across signage, stationery, digital platforms, and merchandise, creating a cohesive brand presence that feels intentional and welcoming.

Branding Project: Everelse Wine Bar, Friday Harbor, Wa

For Everelse, a wine bar and tasting lounge, I created a brand identity that balances rustic small-town charm with modern sensibility. The visual system leans on hand-drawn illustration, a heritage apple tree, a raven with a wineglass, and the historic home where the bar lives to give the brand an organic, approachable feel while nodding to craft and quality. A pared-back, timeless palette allows the textures of paper, fabric, and ink to shine. From restaurant menus to branded merchandise like tote bags and textiles, the identity tells a story of place: rooted in the island, warm in tone, and playfully whimsical.

Branding & Visual Systems - San Juan Summer Arts Festival

Over four years, I developed evolving visual identities for the San Juan Summer Arts Festival. Each system balanced hand-drawn illustration with bold, accessible design, applied across posters, merchandise, signage, and event collateral. From the storytelling-driven 2022 design, featuring hands cradling a paper boat under a crescent moon, to the vibrant wildlife-inspired 2023 branding, the work highlighted the island community’s creative spirit and gave the festival a recognizable, flexible presence year after year.
